This story was amazing!!! From the beginning I was drawn into this intense story about a series of killings with an evil motive. When Mikael takes on the case of several disturbing deaths, he is given more than any detective should have to deal with in the space of a few short weeks. Three different girls are kidnapped and left for dead and Mikael is given a choice to catch a killer and lose his soul to evil or hope that he can save the next girl that is taken. From helping family friends, Bianca and Bill with a marriage on the rocks to protecting his mother from jerks dating her, Mikael's is only saving grace is his love of his family. The only choice is to make the deal with the devil, but will it be too late to save his soul?
